Spring Flowers In Cyprus

Spring in Cyprus is wonderful.  Everywhere is covered is brightly coloured flowers.  Of all the seasons, Cyprus is at its best in the Spring.

Natural beauty always moves me.  And so the camera has been out a fair amount over the last couple of weeks.

A particular favourite is a little orchard I drive past regularly near the winery at Stroumpi.  In the autumn, it was a blaze of golden colours.  Now, its a riot of purple blooms.

All the flowers are a spectacle.    I'm no botanist, so I've no idea what they're called.  All I know is thy're nature's beauty at its best.
