Lord of the Dance

Today we went to see 'Lord of the Dance' performed at the Municipal Garden Theatre in Limassol.  Brilliant!

Maybe it's the Irish blood in me, maybe it' the terrific music, maybe it's the bright lights - but I'm a sucker for Michael Flatley's shows and this was awesome.

To all the above you should add a warm evening in an outdoor theatre - perfect.

Of course I had to have a camera in my pocket.  I'd pondered taking the Nikon, but hiding a Nikon D700 with a 70-200 lens on the front isn't an option.  So the little Fuji came into play.

I shouldn't have worried.  A guy next to me had a big black DSLR of some kind with a long lens on.  I hope he got some great shots.

For me, the little Fuji delivered the goods again.  These pictures will never go big, but they capture the essence of the evening perfectly.
