Visiting the SODAP Kamanterena Winery

We enjoy a glass of wine.  Our villa is built in a former vineyard in Cyprus.  We can even see the SODAP Winery from the villa. 

So the opportunity to have a look around was too good to miss.

Of course at the moment the grape harvest is at its peak.  So the place was buzzing with activity - not to mention the threat of hand to hand combat when somebody tried to jump the queue to unload.

Kamanterena is a modern, volume winery operated by SODAP, one of Cyprus' leading wine brands.

We had a good wander round, and got some great pictures.  And of course being Cyprus, we had to try the product before leaving!
