Golden Leaves

I've been driving past this little orchard or whatever it is for days.  And every time, I've looked at the sun shining on the golden leaves and kicked myself for not having the camera bag in the car.

Technically not an orchard, because they're not apple trees.  But I'm not horticulturalist enough to have any idea what sort of trees they are.  All I know is the leaves have turned a wondeful golden colour, and there's a lot of them.

The sun was shining, so I jumped in the car and went off for a look.  From a distance, it had caught my eye.  Up close, it was wonderful.  Everything was golden in the bright sunshine.

Check out these and other pictures of Polemi in my Polemi Album.
