Sea Caves, Agios Georgios, Paphos, Cyprus

During our family holiday to Paphos, my daughter Jo and wife Pam had gone horse riding. We’d driven past ‘George’s Ranch’ in Agios Georgios a load of times, and many times been in to try to get Jo a go. And this time we’d struck lucky.

So my lad Will and I were left with an hour to kick our heels whilst they went riding…

Crashing Waves At Sea Caves, Cyprus

Sea Caves is a rocky part of the coastline north of Paphos near Agios Georgios in Cyprus. 

Aptly named, this part of the coastline has been interestingly eroded by the sea to form both caves and rock stacks.

Big Sun Sunset

In conversation with a mate, he was asing how you made the sun look bigger in sunset pictures, and I described how using a long lens did the trick.

So as a warm sunny day was gradually drawing to a close, I headed off up the coast to Agios Georgios again, but this time with a different outcome in mind.

I've been mega busy of late, but as the evenings have gradually got lighter, so the opportunity to take sunset pictures has increased. 

It was a clear, warm, Spring day so I headed out of the gloom of the study and up the coast road from Coral Bay to Agios Georgios.
