Landscape Articles

We went for a family walk with the dog to Summerleys Nature Reserve, just outside Wellingborough.

It was a real autumnal day – blustery, cloudy, with the very occasional glimpse of the sun.

The family were happy enough walking the dog (and he was perfectly happy) – but as a photographer – it was a real challenge.

Our dog walk today was to Newton Wood on the high ground above Newton Blossomville in Buckinghamshire.

High ground?  North Buckinghamshire?  Everything is relative!

We went for a family walk with the dog through Turvey Estate.

It's mid-October, and autumn is definitely making it’s mark.

Emberton Park, Buckinghamshire

A nice summer’s evening stroll round the lake in Emberton Park with Pam and the dog.

Given its history as a pit used to mine gravel during the building of the M1 and then Milton Keynes, its a pleasant stroll following the loops of the River Great Ouse.

It was a sunny afternoon – with some banks of cumulus clouds scudding by on the breeze.

Grafiti

I'm always fascinated by the lengths grafiti 'artists' go to when they want to express themselves.

And judging by the content of their work, they're pretty fascinated by sex.
