Wheat Field near Newton Blossomville, Buckinghamshire

It was a sunny afternoon – with some banks of cumulus clouds scudding by on the breeze.

We took the dog for a stroll in the fields above Newton Blossomville.

As we walked through a wheat field, the geometric lines of the tractor tracks caught my imagination. Sad I know, but at least it's in the open.

I started processing the pics in colour, but the whear was at that greeny yellow stage – and therefore an unpleasant colour.

Inspiration! Make them mono.

Result – and I’m delighted with them.

See my album of Buckinghamshire.
