D428 / 50.028 "Tiger"
D428 entered service on 22 June 1968. Under the TOPS renumbering it became 50.028. The locomotive was named "Tiger" on 10 May 1978.
D428 was withdrawn on 1 February 1991 and cut up by Coopers at Old Oak Common.
