D439 / 50.039 "Implacable"

D439 entered service on 14 September 1968. Under TOPS renumbering it became 50.039.  It was named "Implacable" on 20 June 1978.

D439 was withdrawn on 4 June 1989 and cut up by Coopers at Old Oak Common.
